When you reflect a figure, it is staying the same size. Therefore, A would automatically be eliminated. Moving to options B and C, the angle A is equal to angle A', and angle C is equal to angle C', so those two would be wrong. Leaving you with D, the right answer. Reflecting a figure isn't changing its shape, or size, just its location.
