Hi my names Giuliana Restrepo and I just wanted to introduce myself a bit. Although this is my first year in AUC, I already have an idea how it’s going to be so I hope that it’s going to be an amazing year, I also have some experience being in the student government being secretary and vice president for the last two years in my old middle school. As you already know, I’m running for 9th grade class rep this year. Before I start, I would like to wish good luck to my fellow candidates. Basically what you guys should expect of me is that I’m going to be taking everybody’s ideas and I would bring them up at the student government meetings and try my best so that they can be heard and we can try to have all the events that we can get because why not? We all need some fun and partying in the middle of all our stress of school, homework, etc. I won’t make fun of any of the ideas and be like “oh my god this stupid, how did you even come up with this idea like for real.” Being a part of student council is important to me because I feel it gives me a voice in what is happening in our school, is a good way for meet new people.
