OpenStudy (anonymous):

Chemical reactions are the result of an atom attempting ______

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think tranferring electrons and trying to make eachother stable maybe, thats all ive got

OpenStudy (aaronq):

Not always transferring electrons, but yes, atoms "seek" to be more stable - by filling their valence shell.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Chemical reaction is a result of the combination of atoms. They attempt to transfer Electrons known as electron configuration in order for an atom to be Stable.
