Wouldn't the answer be "B) No evidence or documentation is given for the last statement in this passage" because although this passage talks about how much it is, and that parents say it is a small price to pay for their child's well being. It does not give reliable evidence to support that these pills actually do work, it says that these pills are proven to be effective but it does not give the evidence to support this statement.
