solve 3/2x -4 = 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

24 isn't one of the answer choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry 30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I miscalculated, the answer is 30. you first add 4 which gets you 3/2x = 20 then multiply by 3 which gets you 2x = 60 and then divide by 2 which gets you x = 30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem! sorry for the miscalculation! :-)
