I wandered lonely as a Cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and Hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of golden Daffodils;
Beside the Lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

I'm leaning towards C actually. Most poems do have a rhyme scheme(This one's being ABABCC), but I feel like the structure of this might be a way to combine the lines. The last three lines make me think that as they connect so well
