Is the underlined phrase an adjective phrase or an adverb phrase? The true king of the beasts is the elephant. A. adjective phrase B. adverb phrase I think B because the underlined worlds are 'of the beasts' if it was underlined with king of the beasts, i would think differently. Am i correct?

Adjective Phrase
Why?
Since there is nothing related to being a verb in that phrase.
but it's describing king to an extant
it's definitely an adjective phrase :) However, and for the sake of grammatical accuracy, it's a prepositional phrase, but I guess that's of no use to you if your professor or the book do not get into the very specifics lol
What do you think @Christian_10_
