A pun is a play on words taking something we are familiar with and putting a twist on it. In this picture, We see a chocolate bar and a jug of milk shaking hands. The caption says "chocolate milkshake". Obviously they are referring to the drink, but they placed this picture of chocolate and milk shaking hands to make it funny. Therefore making it a simple pun.
