Verbal irony is when someone says or writes one thing yet means something completely different. So in this case, Snoopy wants to chase cars but he lives inn area where there are few cars to chase. So, he takes the bus to chase the cars. When he could just chase the bus. Idk for sure. this one really stumped me a bit
