Are all the header files that have double quotes around their name in the #include statements in the correct place? Especially if they use relative paths, anything not starting with a '/' in *nix and a drive letter in DOS, it can get interesting placing them. BTW, if they only have the file name, they need to be in the same directory as the source file.

I can't find any reference to define these functions in gwindow?
all in the correct folder
