The hypothesis of my experiment is :The size of the angle of incidence increases as the size of the angle of refraction increases. The least accurate measurement in my experiment is the position of the rays because they are >1mm wide due to the slit width what is the solution to prevent this

smaller slit? measure the the edge of the ray? forgive my really dumb question, are you getting any dispersion?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you have a narrower slit? @IrishBoy123

OpenStudy (irishboy123):

as long as you don't get diffraction, yes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but narrower would be dimmer so hard to see is that a good thing? @IrishBoy123

OpenStudy (irishboy123):

do it in the dark? are you using white light ?
