Would it be possible to use a process similar to desalination to separate a mixture of acetone (BP: 56C) and Alpha-naphthol (BP:288C)?

I feel that it would work because if you have a hot plate at 56C the acetone would boil and evaporate, then it would condense in the tube and be transferred to the other container, while the alpha-naphthalene would remain in the first container.
