Usually this happens when they have a suspicion of intrusion.  There are certain steps to follow.  Read the email carefully and $follow$ the instructions.  Blindly resending it 12 times without reading and following instructions is not getting you anywhere.

NO! it doesn't give me instructions about the email verification this is what all it says- Please verify your email address. We've sent you an email with a verification link inside.
