please help.. For some reason I can't understand how to solve this. Do I make a common denominator?

iits like a cross multiplication multiply the numerator of 1st fraction by the denominator of 2nd fraction multiply the numerator of 2nd fraction by the denominator of 1st fraction make sense ?
