I could understand why you would think it's B! But C would be the correct answer from my knowledge. The symptom of bulimia nervosa - purging - which is near constant, hurts the face and throat deeply. Anorexia's physical symptoms would be bruising, emaciation, and fatigue. But it has nothing to do with broken capillaries.
