OpenStudy (asad786):

will medal can someone tell me how to do predicate nominates and predicate adjectives

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Predicate Adj.: Instead of having to say, “The good boy” followed by a verb, we can simply say, “the boy is good.” The predicate adjective would be good where as the subject would be boy. Predicate Nominative: Typically, a predicate nominative has the same value or grammatical weight as the subject. Example: "Tony Romo was the leader." Although leader is describing what Tony Romo is- you could flip the sentence to- "The leader was Tony Romo." So basically, the predicate nominative is the noun that reinstates what the subject is.
