First off rectangles shouldn't have slopes per se. Unless a rectangle is rotated the slope of the horizontal sides will be 0 and the slope of the vertical sides will be undefined. Also , if you are dilating a shape you are merely increasing its size. The shapes are still similar shapes and will have the same slope which is -2
