Well apply that here

If you are in the 68th percentile, you scored higher than 68% of others
And if you are in the 32nd percentile, you scored higher than 32% of others

So the larger proportion is Jane

So lets break down the options now

So this is saying the amount of people who scored LESS than Johns score, well remember, he only scored higher than 32% of people...so this proportion is just 32%

B. The proportion of the class that scored as high as or higher than Jane.

Well Jane scored higher than 68% of people...and this option says how many people scored AT or HIGHER than her....well if shes already higher than 68%, then only 32% can be higher than her
So this proportion is ALSO 32%

Meaning they are the same :D
