The right cylinder in the diagram has a volume of 450 cm3. The other cylinder has a slant length of 10 cm, but the same base area and vertical height. What is the volume of the tilted cylinder?

the volume of the oblique cylinder is the same as the right cylinder... you just need the perpendicular height and not the slant height
think about a stack of coins... they can be made to form a right prism... then you can stack them so the slant.... does the volume change by slanting the coins in the stack..? the volume of each coin is unchanged... hope it makes sense as an example
