Which person is triangulating his or her research studies? A. Anu, who is only using pictures she has found in published studies B. Cameron, who is only using studies based on consensus opinions C. Paula, who is using a combination of methods and types of data D. David, who is only using data that are based on people's religious beliefs E. I'm not sure.

OpenStudy (aamirgsen):

Basically what triangulation is using multiple sources and verifying that they are correct. Based off of this info, what do you think the answer is?

OpenStudy (aamirgsen):

After you let me know I'll let you know what I think and why I agree or disagree.

OpenStudy (jacob902):

Mixed data collection methods are fine. Just pretend you wanted it that way from the beginning, and did not think of it as an afterthought. This is not triangulation, because you are not measuring the same thing twice or three times.

OpenStudy (aamirgsen):

I would say Paula. This is because "a combination of methods and types of data" which is what triangulation is; using different methods of gathering data to make your data more accurate and to fill in holes that might occur when only using one way to gather it.

OpenStudy (jacob902):

ok so what do you think
