Let f(x) = 2x - 7 and g(x) = -6x - 3. Find f(x) + g(x) and state its domain A. 8x – 10; all real numbers B. –4x – 10; all real numbers C. 8x – 4; all real numbers D. –4x – 4; all real numbers

f(x) is 2x-7 and g(x) is -6x-3 To get f(x)+g(x) you would add them together. You would need parentheses, so it would not be 2x+7+6x-3 f(x) and g(x) are separable functions so it would now be (2x+7)+(-6x+3) The domain is the interval in which x has a defined y value when you plug it in.
