"Any possible motive is completely obscure."
Kind of.
Any more context?
I think that it is a complete sentence, just because it has a subject and a verb, I could be wrong though. And as for the question. Any possible motive is completely obscure. It sounds like a riddle, though I do believe that it makes sense to me, it is all about perspective. Anyways, I doubt that helped, but if it did then yay! Alright, have an amazing Wednesday! Best of luck to you! Please don't forget to medal your helper and close the question when you have a firm grasp on the question's topic.
