Definition of indolent & Ambitious: Ambitious^adj:Showing eager or desire to get things done. Indolent^adj:Not liking effort; lazy

OpenStudy (sissyedgar):

I know for sura A is one because in this sentence 'tore' means done quickly or eagerly, and 'plodded' in thi case means sat around or watched...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking that as well..:p

OpenStudy (sissyedgar):

B is one because if the hummingbird 'ate' it, its because he was hungry and probibally didnt waste any time, and when it 'flew' away it was done and didnt plan on returning to its mean that is eagerly ate.

OpenStudy (sissyedgar):

C can't be one because the words 'delicous' and 'tasty' have nothing to do with eager or lazy,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okie, thanks :D

OpenStudy (sissyedgar):

D is one because if it is 'thrilling' then it you would be excited or eager to watch but if its 'boring' you wouldnt really be interested in paying attention.

OpenStudy (sissyedgar):

No problem! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):
