Sorry for late reply, the things inside the circle represents the things belonging to that group. so if there are things which is outside the circle it says that such items does not belong to that group. therefore if there is an item which is outside both of the circle it says it does not belong to any of the group which the circles represent. I guess you can find the answer from this :)
