i don't see any line there with slope 3
Don't think so. For x<5, the graph is a straight line with a slope of 3 and it intersects the y-axis at (0, 2). For x>=5, the graph is a straight line with a slope of -3 that, if extended, would intercept the y-axis at -2. That ain't graph c.
Graph A doesn't have slope of 3. Take a close look at graph B. Does it meet all the criteria?

Slope on the left of 3 and y-intercept of 2; slope on the right of -3 and a possible y-intercept of -2. I think that may be it.
