A/an _______ verb ends in -ed in the past tense and in the past participle. A. regular B. helping C. being D. action

OpenStudy (dehelloo):

Can be B or C or D - a verb is already an 'action word.' Never heard of a 'helping' verb nor a 'being' verb. A regular verb....ends in ed if its past tense/ past participle but it doesn't always. burned or burnt are both past participle. Sounds like a wanky question to me.
