Using the hydrostatic equation, p=−ρgZ, calculate the total pressure (p) on a diver’s ear under Z=−32.8 feet of sea water. the density at -32.8ft is 1.99. would the equation then be: p=-(1.99)(9.8)(-32.8)? that would be 639 N/m^2 which is 0.092 psi?
