Well, in "Jeremiah's Song", the narrator's flashbacks are sentimental/bittersweet, and he is remembering things such as before Ellie went to college. He remembers how he used to sleep with her and smell the cocoa butter on her skin. It is bittersweet, as he misses being with her before she changed. This also applies to Macon, as the narrator describes here: "For a long time he was just another kid, even though he was older’n me, but then, all of a sudden, he growed something fierce."
Thanks but can you help me with the lobs girl part
if you cant i understand

Thank you
hello are you still there

I can't find the full version of Lob's Girl, but I can help you with flashbacks. In flashbacks, people look back on moments in their lives. They can be happily, like remembering their wedding or something as such. To find out how they affect the plot in "Lob's Girl", just find the flashback and look for key words that may make it bittersweet, happy, or just plain sad. If someone says, "My family's time at the beach last year was one of the most exciting, memorable times of my life", what do you think this person is implying? Try to find out what the characters are feeling when the flashback occurs. Sorry I couldn't read it!
ok thank you
