Vivid imagery is a word that paints a picture. Like, The house was pretty. Instead you could use picturesque to paint more of a picture

Hair like frosting on a cake, Tall like a building , eyes red like a fire. Makes no sounds when he is approaching what is his enemy. Quick swift movements that you wont even see in a blink of an eye ....

Now think of a character you like. One from a book or movie, now picture them as a villain. What do they look like? What do they do? How do they act? Now write down what you picture.

I don't really know what your teacher wants, answer that, but it sounded like, from what I read, that its a character that already exists. So think of a hero, and turn him evil. That's what I would do anyways.
