If you was walking down the street and happen to find a lottory ticket and you see that it is a winner for 40 million dollars you are about to turn it in but someone said that they lost there ticket and you have it would you give it back? And if you said no you would keep it and you was filthy rich and walk by that SAME person and they are on the streets poor would you give them some of your money?

hmm good answer but me personally would keep the cash but I would give that person 50% of the cash.
