A U.S. Census Bureau report found that 51.0% of homes had a personal computer and 41.5% had access to the Internet. A newspaper concluded that 92.5% of homes had either a computer or access to the Internet. Are they correct? Will reward 'best response"

I'm leaning to no since 51 percent had a computer but only 41.5 percent had access to the internet so, I think it should be 83% have access to a computer or access to the internet
