how do you convert 7.02mg to dg
So mg means milligrams and dg means decigrams. How much smaller is a milligram than a gram? Do you know? (I want to make sure I'm not just giving you the answer) :)
no that why I need help
can you please help?
I'm here! :)
so I have a quiz on Tuesday which is on converting factor and density which I am bad at
Okay, so here's what you need to know. There are 1,000 milligrams in a gram.
And there are 10 grams in a decigram, so there are 10000 milligrams in a decigram.
okay
\[7.02mg*1dg/1000\]
so the answer will be 0.00702dg
yes or no
It should be! :)
cool okay next one is 0.600m to Ft
1.9685 feet
okay but how do I solve it
Honestly... I have NO idea... I just used an online converter for that one. Let me find you a formula. :)
So 1 meter = 3.28 feet.
okay
@misaki12 you mean decigrams right?
Well if so always start from the conversion factor ask yourself mg = miligrams dg = decigrams We are asked to convert 7.02 mg to decigrams right?
\[\frac{ 1 decigram }{ 100 miligrams }\]
always ensure that the factor you want to cancel out is in the denominator and that's milligrams. we have 7.02 milligrams so that's why we set up the conversion factor with milligrams in the denominator
\[7.02 miligrams *\frac{ 1 decigram }{ 100 miligrams }\]
that what i did
