How is the Transitive Property of Parallel Lines similar to the Transitive Property of Congruence? How are they different? I understand each individually, but I don't know how to compare them. I know that the Transitive Property of Congruence is a = b, b = c, so therefore a = c. I know that the Transitive Property of Parallel Lines is if two lines are parallel to the same line, then they are parallel to each other.
