If you don't, leave the question alone. @Tom_Boy_Rebel Associative property of addition is the property that we can regroup the additions differently and still get the same answer. For example, 1+2+3=(1+2)+3=1+(2+3)=6. We can add 1+2=3 and then 3+3=6, or (2+3)=5 and then add 1 to get 6. Then @mathmate Associative property states that for any real numbers A,B&C (A+B)+C=A+(B+C) And (A*B)*C=A*(B*C)
