Making design using logic diagram...eletric circuit and many more methods...for my project.HELP

So Im making a production line for a company.
Consisting of a conveyor belt, 2 grippers and a cnc drill.
The conveyor belt is broken into 3 pieces and within the space between the belts is where the 2 grippers are to be places. They are supposed to grip wood and then lift the wood up from the belt so the cnc machine can drill. will draw for clearance

So the steps are:
Wood rolls on the belt and into fixture.
Fixture grips and locks the wood.
Moves up from the belt with pneumatic pressure.
Another fixture locks from above(didnt draw that 1, but its like a flat fixture thats long)
Cnc machine drills.
Fixture from above unlocks.
Fixture from below moves down.
Fixture from below releases wood.
Wood rolls away..
How can I write these step in some sort of logic diagram?
