There's so many people giving direct answers, but they're mostly newbies.

If they're not newbies and know they're breaking rules can I report them for defying the CoC? :D

I got yelled at once when someone was giving direct answers and I said they couldn't. = =!

Well if they're new then just explain to them the CoC and tell them to keep this in kind next time.

If they are not new and possibly know this then you can report it or tell them about it to :D

Well no one is perfect but if you see any old person doing it, then report it if you want or just message them and remind them of the rules.

2nd time = suspended
3rd = ban
4th =repeat the steps (warning )
5th= suspension
6th= ban
7th= ignore

if you go to a post answered by a mod like when they were new, it could be a DA

I just got a medal on a post in which I gave a DA, and that was one of the posts which I had answered as a noob xD
