how do i become a qualified helper, and what are the requirements?

Qualified Helpers are a small group of outstanding and dedicated helpers that have been trained to help users get fast and detailed help on their questions.

Moderators can apply to be Qualified Helpers. Non-moderator applicants must:
- Have at least one title
- No suspensions
- Send in a ID
- Sign a agreement
- Go through the selection and interview process
- Commit at least 2 hours a day to OpenStudy

My friends, Fish, Frog and Tortoise are in Green, how did they pass the interview except Fish ?? LOl
