How did business leaders most often respond to strikes by labor unions ? A) union workers would be locked out and replaced with non-Union workers B) the business would often permanently close C) businesses would give into the union leaders D) they would negotiate with labor union leaders

OpenStudy (photon336):

@d.hunna Well, the first thing a business leader may do is to A, replace the union workers with those who aren't unionized. Of course they may negotiate with labor union leaders but this would probably be when or if they can't get workers to fill the place of those who quit. A is the best answer
