What is the difference between starch and cellulose? What are they made of and what are their functions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Plants store starch, a polymer of glucose monomers.plants also make cellulose .cellulose is a polymer of glucose monomers, too. but there are three difference between them. 1-starch is a Storage Polysaccharide but cellulose is a Structural Polysaccharide . 2-starch has two forms :Amylose (unbranched) and Amylopectin (somewhat branched) but cellulose has only unbranched form 3-monomers of starch are α glucose but monomers of cellulose are β glucose .These two interconvertible forms of glucose differ in the placement of the hydroxyl group attached to the number 1carbon.
