Stalin eventually said yes but before he was initially adamant because he felt that it wasn't any advantage to him; he didn't want to get the U.S. involved. I believe Kim Il sung, suggested that the war would be swift

I'm debating whether it's A or B; Stalin gave the go ahead before hand, and that's true because he was not outraged because he had already approved it. I'm going to say it's B.
