I would say the 3rd one.Then you have entries on the 2nd axis and hours on the 1st axis.

Im agree with @Tommynaiter because the problem says at 0 hours you have 8 entries, at 2hours you have 5 and at 4 hours you have 2 entries. That give us the information about the points that are contained in the graph: (0,8), (2,5), and (4,2).

Then you need a graph that cross over those points, and the only one who do it is the 3rd one.
