If you were in a different country and didn't know the language you would probably feel confused. I would just right a paragraph explaining why you would be confused. You could start out by saying>>>>  If I were in a different country and couldn't speak the language I would feel confused.  I wouldn't know to talk to people to find directions if I was lost or be able to order food at resturaunt.  Then just add on whatever else you would like to add
