PLEASE HELP ME QUICK! WILL MEDAL FIRST PERSON! If a coordinate pair (x, y) makes the equation 4x+5y=-5 true, which of the following statements is true? a. These values of x and y are the only ones that satisfy 4x + 5y = −5. b. The point (x, y) is not on the graph of 4x + 5y = −5. c. The point (x, y) is on the graph of 4x + 5y = −5. d. The coordinate pair (2x, 2y) also makes the equation true

c

OpenStudy (compassionate):

Well, it's clearly not b because we know that if you have a coordinate pair (x, y) and they make an equation, then those two coordinates are going to satisfy that equation.
