OpenStudy (johan14th):

what is the inverse of h(x)= 2 sqrt.(x+3)

Nnesha (nnesha):

h(x) is same as y so you can replace h(x) with y \[\huge\rm \color{Red}{y}=2\sqrt{\color{blue}{x}+3}\] to find inverse `switch x and y` \[\huge\rm \color{blue}{x}=2\sqrt{\color{red}{y}+3}\] now solve the equation for y
