Write each fraction as an expression using a negative exponent OTHER THAN -1
5. 1/3 to the 4th power = ?
6. 1/m to the 5th power = ?
7. 1/16 (NOT -1) = ?
8. 1/49 (NOT -1) = ?

Well, when an exponent is negative you put it as a fraction.

right but when you put it as the fraction the exponent becomes positive.
