my answer is 4.

u have- \[x^2 +Bx+64\]\[x^2+\frac{ 2Bx }{ 2}+8^2\] and the square of (a+b) when opened is ->a^2 +2ab+b^2 comparing it with what we have we just need to make B/2 as 8 so B/2=8 B=16
