Which sentences contain an adverb clause? Darla set up a studio because she enjoyed painting. As Aaron was having a midnight snack, he heard a loud noise coming from the basement. The entire town was searching for the girl with the red hair. They listened to what he had to say but disagreed with him in the end.

OpenStudy (mr.z):

"An adverb clause is a subordinate clause used to modify a verb, adjective, or adverb in the main clause. Every adverb clause is introduced by a subordinating conjunction. An adverb clause tells when, where, why, how, to what extent, or how much about the word it modifies." So what do you think? I'll tell you my opinion after you make a guess.
