C option is correct shorter molecules migrate more easily through the pores of the gel. This phenomenon is called seiving so shorter will b at bottom

I agree with u @harleenkb004 DNA is negatively charged because of the phosphate groups it contains. The shortest strand could quickly move towards the positive side because of the it's small size. So the shortest would be the nearest to the positive side. So the answer would be C. @cenzaltic ur answer is correct for the longest strand .
