Give the points \((x_1,y_1)\) and \((x_2,y_2)\) we have slope \(m=\dfrac{y_1-y_2}{x_1-x_2}\). And if you know the \(y-\) intercept \((0,b)\), which you do, then you have \[y=mx+b\]
