Which Chinese philosophy formed the basis for Korea's government during the Tang dynasty?

I can positively say that C and D are wrong. I doubt that Koreans have ever widely practiced Confucianism, as far as my knowledge goes. During the Tang Dynasty, I know that Koreans practiced a form of Buddhism, but I'm not exactly sure if it was Chan Buddhism. I'd have to say A, Chan Buddhism.
